  1. High agency, rapid prototyping, strong feedback loops, fast learning, big vision with tractable steps, low friction to getting things done
  2. Mission over self: aim for large and scalable impact, as a core teammate at a small growing startup each person has a lot of leverage on our impact on the world
  3. Team spirit: support and invest in each other’s growth, take the long view on people, celebrate large and small wins
  4. Idea meritocracy: may the best ideas win regardless of who or where they come from
  5. Not allergic to the nitty gritty: it’s hard to create value without that
  6. Don’t solve problems that don’t exist yet.
    1. Ruthlessly cut requirements, tasks, actions, projects until the environment forces you to add them back in, prioritize mostly by default based on the strongest gradients
